Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a full meal plan? 

This isn’t a full meal plan. I schedule the protein sparing modified fast (PSMF) days in for each of the three weeks, the other days you are able to eat as you wish. This is an introduction to the method without the overwhelm of a full plan.

What do I eat on other days? 

As we work through the 21 day programme, I coach how to build your plate (and lifestyle) for fat loss through daily emails, group coaching in the Facebook programme and live calls.

I’m quite active, is this a good fit for me? 

I’m teaching the PSMF method for fat loss, which is applicable to anyone wanting to lose body fat. I have guidelines for people who are active, from F45 and Hyrax, through to an endurance-based athlete to ensure you are still fuelled for your workouts.

I'm on a GLP-1 medication - is this approach appropriate for me?
 Absolutely - many people run this programme alongside their GLP-1 journey, as it is protein-focused which is the most important nutrient to protect when appetite is suppressed while taking the medication, and helps build this habit if you're in the position of transitioning off the medication. You may not be able to consume the amounts recommended in the plan, however I'm right there helping you adjust to suit your appetite needs while still aiming for a higher protein intake.
 
How do I know this will work for me? 

The PSMF days are low calorie days, and over the course of each week they will drop your calorie intake substantially. That calorie deficit is enough to elicit a true reduction in body fat for most people. The time frame of the programme is enough to assess if this programme will work for you, though thousands of others have successfully used to lose body fat and keep it off, so I am confident that you’ve got nothing to lose from trying it.
